A BUSY DAY AT THE BUNKER, so I thought I would post some "just found" old
pictures of the U 102 gang.

U102 was the number TWO radio station in
Knoxville and moved from the hills down to Kingston Pike in the late 1980s.
VOLS WIN AND SO DOES CBS!
Big Weekend for TV, CBS has the NCAA and it paid off for them big time! The EYE network won nationally and later today when we get the local numbers a good bet would be WVLT won also. VOLS are back in the SWEET SIXTEEN at the end of the week and CBS will again have the coverage. I know the LADY VOLS played also and I caught some of the coverage on WIVK, but they always win so who cares!
The first trend of winter is out and WIVK is sucking the LIFE out of the ratings!
NO KIDDING, in the past WIVK would be in the 20s,
a HOST of stations would be in the mid to upper teens and the rest would be hanging between 0 and 9.
Now the LOCAL RADIO RATINGS have
WIVK RUNNING all the other stations way
under the front porch!
Trends are not books but if you look at the
past numbers here you can see WIVK keeps getting
stronger while the others just evaporate!
BimBamBomer accused of a heck of a great SHOT at the HILLA!

If you are flying over the big pond you might as well get drunk, lord knows
your PILOT IS!
ALGORE is catching fire on both ends and it is NOT his doing! Friends
this Global Warming stuff is heating the former VP's
credibility to the boiling point. Check this out,
Lord Monckton has thrown down the gauntlet to challenge Gore to what he terms "the Second Great Debate," an internationally televised, head-to-head, nation-unto-nation confrontation on the question, "That our effect on climate is not dangerous."

Mike Clark is at Praise 90somthing or other, Heng is doing work for B 97, Jarhead is (is he in the pictures?) CP is on all the radio stations (yep has his on production company) The "girls" are scatterd and gone I think, and Hawkman is running WOLF Camera on Kingston Pike.
