Topper Shutt: Movie Star - 6/19 - Channel 9/WUSA meteorologist Topper Shutt has a "short speaking part" in the new "Evan Almighty" movie starring Steve Carell and Morgan Freeman. In fact, Shutt even has a listing at imdb.com. His only other starring role has been in a "TV series" called "WUSA Eyewitness News," according to the film information site.
